Shelby County Assessor of Property
Using our Personal Property search feature, you may search our Personal Property records by Company Name, Street Address or Parcel ID Number.
We have expanded our search feature to include the original 2025 Personal Property Schedule and a current 2024 Property Record Card that outlines the results of the parcel's latest processed 2025 Personal Property Schedule.
Please note that while the Assessor's Office records reflect current values, these values may not yet be reflected by the collectors due to the processing time of value changes.
The 2024 Property Record Card will provide 2024 current appraisal and assessment information and indicate whether the 2024 Schedule was:
Rendered: | Accepted exactly as filed |
---|---|
Adjusted: | Assessor's staff made adjustments to filed schedule based on knowledge, experience and history |
Forced: | Schedule not received by March 1. |

If the deadline for filing an appeal has expired, you may request Relief from an Excessive Forced Assessment from the Assessor. Click here for more information.
